    I was referred to these people though my home warranty to address a leak I had in the bathroom. They came out check the problem the technician stated the problem would be beyond what the warranty would cover so we hired him to do the work he said it will be $3,000 to replace the tub & 2 rows of tile above the tub. These people came out started the word, worked for 3 days did 75% of the work left & never came back. I have been calling, emailing & texting no response

    See the previous review on 10/26/2022 from another individual. After a year, it appears as if nothing has changed. I also have a home warranty with First American. I read the BBB reviews on this company and said that I will be in constant communication with the contractor and First American to make sure that I do not encounter the same issues (e.g. I made sure to confirm appointments right away). By the way, the number here does not accept calls and goes straight to voicemail that is always full. I get emails from "Dispatch" and "auto-scheduling" texts from "Dispatch" as well. Dispatch responds and is not no-reply messaging service. The first appt (Sep 26), ESHI came out to look at the refrigerator and he technician was pleasant and on-time. He said that the compressor needs to be changed. I got an email from First American that the part was ordered and then I got an appointment schedule request from ESHI for Oct 3 (2nd appt). I confirmed the appointment immediately but the technician was a no-show on that day. The technician did call during the appointment time range and said that he was having problems with the GPS on his phone and he needed to to go home to change his phone and will still try to get to me that evening. The technician called me that evening again at around 7:00 pm and said that the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Re-scheduled appt (3rd one) was a week later on Oct 12. Again, ESHI was a no-show with no explanations or communication on that day. I reached out to First American to reach out to contractor and find out what is going on. Apparently the part was expected to be delivered to the contractor on Oct 17. First American got us the earliest appointment with ESHI for Nov 1. Seriously??? Guess what? On Oct 31 at 10:30 PM, ESHI cancelled appt since part was not available yet? So third no-show. A part that was delivered is not available? Avoid this company at all cost and do yourself a favor and drop First American Home Warranty.
