I was referred to these people though my home warranty to address a leak I had in the bathroom. They came out check the problem the technician stated the problem would be beyond what the warranty would cover so we hired him to do the work he said it will be $3,000 to replace the tub & 2 rows of tile above the tub. These people came out started the word, worked for 3 days did 75% of the work left & never came back. I have been calling, emailing & texting no responseInitial Complaint

Essential Services (out of Phila) has come to my house on 5 separate occasions, to repair my A/C unit. 1st time Joe worked on the A/C unit was July 2021, he added *****. 2nd time he once again added freo. 3rd time he gave me a new condenser (Aug 16, 2021) and added ***** - I paid out of pocket $675.00. 4th time he came out and didn't know what to do, unit was out of ***** again, but the temps were such that we could wait until the warm weather in spring of 2022. 5th time Joe came out to my house was 5/26/2022, where he finally found the leaking *****, in the coil attached to my heating unit in the basement. Now he needs to order the coil and come back (6th time) to hopefully finally repair my A/C unit. He told me there are others in line before me, however my problem started last year, but he didn't care and just left. Talked to my warranty company this morning (6/1/2022) and the part needed has still not been ordered. It's been in the 90's this week and nothing is happening to escalate this issue with Essential Services. Joe has been in my basement every time he came to my house to repair the A/C unit and never checked this coil. He actually said to me on 5/26/2022, "you know, I never even thought to check the coil in the basement". My warranty company insists on using Essential Services until the A/C unit is working correctly. Joe is very unprofessional, has poor customer service and very bad response time. He's made derogatory remarks to me, arrives unclean and smoking, and it can take days for him to respond to me and/or the warranty company. I don't know how he stays in business or why anyone would opt to choose his services.
