Purchased home in 2019. After purchase of home complained to Streamline that there were leaks, which they purportedly fixed. The leak is back in same space--it impacts electrical box and closets.Initial Complaint

Streamline failed to tell us that our HOA includes another house, ****************************. They said they would remove the house from the HOA and they haven't done that yet. Streamline neglected to tell me or my neighbor that our water line comes through the **** **. ****** house. Right after settlement they told us to call the water department to install the water meter, but *** doesn't have our address in their system because the water is coming through another house ****************************, so the meter should be installed there and *** will need to split the bill 3 ways. This has not been done.Initial Complaint

Bought condo on 12/8/21 under warranty for 1 year 11/27/21 - pipe burst in my basement wall causing flooding on a weekend They suggest I call an emergency plumber because they will not come on a weekend to assess the situation and it costs $225. and they said they will refund me. I've not seen a reimbursement.
