I am a ***** ****** ******** card holder. Card includes a benefit for trip cancellation provided by ******* Insurance Company, underwritten by Chubb. Claims are adjudicated through ************* ********. Filed Claim Number:**********. There was no common carrier as I was going to drive by car for this trip. Booked a 2 week stay at a resort in Park City UT on 9/23/21. On 9/26/21 I started experiencing covid-19 symptoms. Tested positive 9/28, 10/9, 10/15 which prevented me from taking the trip. I did contact travel provider to cancel but reservation was non-changeable or cancelable within 30 days. I submitted proof that I received no refund or travel credit. However my claim was denied stating "The expenses provided are not covered under the program." All requested documentation was submitted including proof of sickness from doctor and my inability to travel. Why are the expenses not covered by the program? Are the only expenses covered, expenses to actually get to/from the destination? Does it not include expenses for lodging?Initial Complaint

I thought I was buying health insurance for my family. The person I talked to on the phone told me about all of the medical and dental benefits as well as having no deductible and a lower monthly rate. It seemed too good to be true and now after further research, I realize it was. I can see now that is a discount program and he definitely led me to believe I was getting full medical and dental coverage for my family.I would like a full refund from Evolve Health and to be taken off their call list and to cancel any future charges.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a pet policy but upon further research I found that the plan doesn't cover what my pet needs are. I sent an email to cancel soon after signing up. The company stipulates that if you don't take your pet to the doctor with 15 days the policy will be cancelled. My account have not been cancelled from the July sign up and they are taking a charge every months even with my request to cancel. They keep telling me I have to wait for billing but no one is contacting me.Initial Complaint

On sept. 20th I was involved in an automobile accident. I had the green light and The other driver hit my rear driver side fender causing damage to my car. The other driver covered through chubb insurance. I have contacted chubb insurance ************** in the last 3 weeks and they keep giving me the run around. They do not want to contact their insured driver and constant** keep telling me they cant get a hold of him. They aso say they cannot move forward until they speak to their driver. The adjuster assigned to ** claim refuses to see my damages. They have no intensions of paying for the damages and refuse to proceed with my claim. Claim number ************
