  Fell on hard times due to car troubles. Requested a loan of my own money to purchase a new car. Pcs sent me an email stating they sent out my check and were overnighting (which I paid extra for) my check. Based on this I purchased a car and cannot pick it up until I give them my loan money for a down payment. Called numerous times and no one has any slight answers and cant even provide me with a tracking number so I can just give the dealership an eta of when I can pickup the car. Everyone I talk to says they will email me or call me back and I never receive any response. If they just didnt tell me it was in the mail I wouldnt have a 30,000$ car sitting in a parking lot with no transportation to work. Once this is resolved and I put the loan money back in the account I will be withdrawing all of my funds and going elsewhere that has customer service that can give me simple answers. Stay clear.

  I have contacted PCS about my remaining funds in which the first phone call the male employee could not find any record of me, 2 nd phone call resulted in them telling me they mailed out a $8000.00 check and it was cashed March 19,2021. I informed them I did not receive or cash a check. For $8000.00, the female employee stated she would open an investigation and find out who signed the check and where it was cashed, she also said I would receive an email with the case number and would receive a call from a Supervisor in 24/48 hours. I did not receive a call or email. 72 hours later I called again and the female employee stated she did not see any notes pertaining to the missing $8000.00 check or a requested investigation or phone call. Glad to see this company is worried about my money. Now again Im waiting for a Supervisor phone call and an investigation on my cashed missing $8000.00 check. So lets see if I get a phone call Friday 7/5 or I will be seeking help from an attorney.

  This company intentionally drags their feet when you want to close your account. I filed to have my account closed in the winter of 2023. Here we are in May 2024 and they keep sending me new bills claiming I need to pay because the account isnt closed yet. They have sent me 3 separate bills in the time Ive been requesting my account to be closed. Ive paid them more to manage my companys 401k plan than *** been able to provide my staff!This company is a complete scam. Do not trust them with your finances.

  This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and they will continue to hold your money hostage long after you’ve submitted your withdrawal request. Do not let them manage a dime of your money.

  For over 5 months, I have been attempting to transfer a 401(k) plan with PCS Retirement to a rollover IRA with Fidelity. After submitting my paperwork, my documents were returned weeks later "undeliverable" due the address PCS provided on its paperwork no longer existing. Multiple calls to PCS Retirement have resulted in no call back or only one email response. When I did successfully get someone on the phone, they suggested I submit my paperwork via their "Form Submission Tool" online. I cannot get that tool to work on any computer or browser--believe me, I've tried. When I pointed that out to the employee on the phone, he said "Well, it works for me." The guy then suggested I just email over my documents, despite the fact that it's not secure form of submission. Beyond that, the customer portal lacks any basic information on my account and won't allow me to update my address. Despite their unhelpfulness and inability to hand off my money, PCS continues to withdraw its monthly fees. If you want any control of your retirement account, this isn't the company for you.

  I was assisted by Erica for my transaction. She was AWESOME!!! Went thru step by step. Very nice and sweet. We talked about fun facts, our families as well as each other. She deserves a raise. I would if I ever have to call back again, I am like my father: want to deal with the same person all the time. Erica is one of those people. I also believe whoever are your friends at 18, if they are there after you graduate. They are your friends for life. After 25 anybody you come in contact are a bonus. Again Erica is one of those people. Thank You Erica

  I have not been with the company I worked for in almost 4 years. In that time, I have tried to contact this company to roll over my account to another 401k and have either been given the run around or never received a call back when leaving a message because no one picked up my call. My account went down 90%! I just recently received a letter to withdrawal my funds and was deceptively deceived to click a box for "check delivery" when it should have stated to click for an overnight check delivery as the only option was check anyway. I now get to pay a $35 fee for a measly check of like $100. When I went back to edit it so that I wouldn't have to pay the fee, it would not allow me to change it. This is deceptive. This company has been absolutely unhelpful and has cost me quite a bit of my own money that they did nothing to help me with. I feel robbed and want people to know. If your company chooses them to run your 401k, RUN AWAY! Do not join it. I don't even understand how they can still be in business, but I am guessing it is because of how much they steal from the people who trust them with their money. I hope a class action comes in to play because I will join immediately.

  Honestly never going to use this company ever again. I also wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Customer service is crap as well. Such a hassle to get stuff on time and also paid the extra to get it overnight.
