I purchased 2 pair of diamond earrings. I've only wore them on two separate occassions and each time I had a bad reaction to them. It tells me that the jewelry isn't 14 carat gold nor Rose Gold.Business response

We just reached out to ********************** by phone and had a productive conversation . She said she had purchased the earrings last July, yet never called the store with a question or concern. Unclaimed Diamonds as are A+ rating indicates has never misrepresented a product. The customers concern might have simply been a common irration to the gold or how the earring was being worn Our responce to her was even though the jewelry is out of our return policy time frame we will make an accomadation with a refund or exchange. Unless the intent is to harm the business all concerns or complaints with any business should always be adressed to the business first to make a satisfactory resolution. We welcome ********************** back to Unclaimed Diamonds as soon as she is able
