Business never informed me the deposit I put in was non-refundable and any rescheduling needs a two-week notice while I was making the deposit towards their service. I never used any of their services either.Business response

On June 8th, the client, *****************, scheduled a Permanent Makeup Pigment Lift appointment over the phone. She gave permission to pay her non-refundable retainer/deposit over the phone for an appointment booked for 6/28. It is clear in the Appointment Booked automatic email that our policy requires a 2 week notice to cancel or reschedule Permanent Makeup appointments otherwise, they forfeit their retainer/deposit and must pay a new one for the new appointment. Clients are also verbally told our policy on the phone. Client called June 21st, one week before her appointment to reschedule. Our Front Desk person kindly reminded her of our policy and that it is also in all our notification emails that we have confirmation she received.
