Im mostly satisfied, however the frequent charging concerns me. It was suddenly turned red unexpectedly and I have to put it in the charger and I lose it for four hours and it seems to be charging every two days. I am concerned about that other than that I feel very safe and secure when Im wearing it.Review from George M

I am very pleased with my moms bracelet. Thankfully, shes not had to use it in an emergency. Medical Guardian has asked us to occasionally do a test to make sure everything is working properly. It always is and there is a person answering the call within seconds. It gives us peace of mind knowing she can get help quickly and easily in an emergency.Review from Olga G

I love the feeling of security having this device. For me, the single most important feature is the Automatic Fall Detection and I assumed it was the key component to the product. I found out a short time later that it was a separate feature that the sales person did not add to my device - there was a separate fee for it and he never mentioned it during our lengthy phone call. I did have it added and now I feel safe. I dropped the device recently and seconds later I heard ***************************************** button to cancel" which I did - but I was pleased beyond measure to know that it works. I did have another sketchy phone call when placing an order for someone else two days ago. This *** was somewhat scattered. I had to ***eat numbers and spelling of names and the address - and when I received the emailed invoice, she had spelled the person's name incorrectly. I understand that not all staff members are equal, but this product is expensive and too important to have anything less than a 100% stellar support team.Review from delores v

I feel very safe with my medical guardian. I have accidently set it off about 4 times since I have had it, so I know it works. Have not had an issue with it.Review from Edmund G

Three days ago, a representive contacted me concerning testing the equipment. It had not been tested in over a year. Sorry, we believe my uncle trying to give him some independence. I tested the equipment and an operator did reply . I called the company and I was given *** excellent directions on how to reset the equipment. Both representatives were great.Review from Sarah R

Medical Guardian has a rating of 2.93. How in the world does it have an A rating?I purchased a system from them on5/8/2024. Paid $534.08. I never used the system due to poor service and cancelled on 6/20/2024. I received a credit of $186.94 on 5/26/2024 and another credit of $251.49 on 7/3/2024. They charged a $50.00 restocking fee. Medical Guardian still owes me $45.65 refund, which they refuse to pay. They keep telling me, they do not owe me anything. What a scam. There is also going to be a letter sent to the Attorney General of Pennsylvania. The state needs to be aware of Medical Guardian keeping funds that do not belong to them.
