My husband and I were leaving for a cruise out of Seattle and it was a requirement to have proof of a negative PCR or antigen test taken no more than 2 day before the cruise. We went Wednesday the 11th to ********* for a PCR and they warned us it could take up to 72 hours. We knew we needed a back up option, so I found this company through the cruise line who will do antigen tests day of at the pier. I scheduled them for Noon before we were to board, just in case our test results from Walgreens wouldn't come in time. I didn't see anywhere on their site where it said they wouldn't be refundable if canceled and when I canceled early the morning of Friday the 13th, well before the actual tests, there was no message that I would not be refunded. When I returned home I noticed the charge and contacted them. They took all my information down and said they would send my refund request to the refund department. I then received an email from the refund department that stated "Your ticket - Charged in Error - has been closed. We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email." 7-10 days pass and I don't see the refund on my statement. So I reply to that email and no response. So today I reached back out to customer service who originally forwarded my request for refund to see if they could help and they replied "After review the refund department has denied the request for a refund due to testing reservations being non refundable as listed on the booking". I have since requested they show me where it was stated, because on my booking emails, I don't see it anywhere, and I don't remember seeing it on any screen through the process. I feel like they are taking advantage of COVID. - The date we were charged was May 13th, 2022 in the amount of $200.00, after I had cancelled the appointment. I ordered a reservation for testing. I had done so just two months prior, same information, etc. They did not charge my card. I made another reservation just in case. They charged my card. I immediately stated this was a mistake, and the history of it. They said to fill out a form. They ignored it until I contacted them yesterday. They will not even listen to what I am saying. I did not have an option not to use their service. I want a refund. I did not use this service and yet they charge me?Initial Complaint

On 1/7 I paid $200 to Rapid Reliable Testing for covid tests. My health insurance company will reimburse me for this expense, but they have told me they need a super bill from Rapid Reliable Testing in order to process a claim. A super bill has the name of the provider, the diagnosis code, the date of service, the procedure code, the billed amount, and the provider tax id. I've requested a super bill from Rapid Reliable both via phone and email, and they've ignored my requests.Initial Complaint

We ordered testing through Rapid Reliable Testing, then cancelled and received a cancellation notice. However, they did not refund the $400 and when I use their email contact system, they send an email back with no discussion saying they have closed the ticket. I will be going through my credit card company to report their lack of response and request a refund. But, this company has NO customer service number and very questionable business practices.
