I never received my order. I keep emailing customer service and all they do is ignore what I say and repeat themselves. Then they stop responding when I requested a refund. It's been two weeks and no answer and refund.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 7/25 for $198.02. Item arrived damaged from poor packaging with permanent creases through the logos that compromised the fabric.7 return attempts and attempts to contact were ignored or responded to with a generic response. Finally a return was sent for $187 plus I had to pay return shipping. Multiple emails were sent after. On 8/7 a response was received. I sent pictures of the damage. 8/15 an email was sent saying there was no damage and damage was to be expected in the shipping process. Still no return label sent. This company has sent a damaged item, negligently delayed in responding in order to get the item outside the return window and are not offering a full refund for the item either way though their return policy and email state a full refund would be issued .Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 07/11/2023. I did not receive any shipping info within the week so I reached out to the business by phone only to find that they do not accept phone calls ONLY EMAIL. I then sent an email asking for someone to check on my package and received a reply within48 hrs asking for additional info. I replied back that same day and no one got back to me. After waiting a couple of days i asked for a refund by email. No reply. I then asked for a refund AGAIN one week later. I received a reply stating someone would look into it…only for them to move forward with shipping the item and charging my card days later - which is today. I need a refund. I already ordered the product from a diff supplier when I was ghosted by M&N.Initial Complaint

Ordered a shirt on June 11th 2023..... It had order processing for a week. I then contacted customer support, which is jus you sending your issue and them getting back to you in 3-5 business days. I understand that. I got a response from them asking them for my order number or name on order. Nothing. Tried again that week. Same results.... The 4th time last week I said I was going to file a complaint with the BBB if I did not hear back. They havent. I've been reasonable with them. Just an a response would suffice. Can't get that. Ive asked if the order was sold out or back ordered... Nothing. I have no other options to try and resolve this. Ive tried phone numbers that simply let me know that all customer support issues are handled by email. I would recommend buying Mitchell n ness products from a third party source such as fanatics etc.Initial Complaint

After only receiving half of my order (which was placed on May 16th) and getting either minimal or no response from email inquiries, or being told on ******** that an investigation will be put in place, I have had it. I no longer want the missing jersey because wearing it would only advertise your company, which has the worst customer service anywhere! I want my money back for the 2nd jersey that I ordered and that never arrived.Initial Complaint

I ordered this item "Legacy *********************** **************** 1999 Jersey" and my order # is **********. The item is showing as delivered however I did not receive it. I have attempted to call Mitchell & Ness and no one answers. I have also sent an email and received no response. I would like my item refunded immediately. I’ve received a shipping confirmation on May 9th about my item but never got it. Even the tracking shows that the only thing that was created is the label. I’ve emailed twice and never received a response. I want a refund as I’ve spent over $100 and they basically just took my money. I advise NO ONE to shop here because they have terrible customer service and you will lose out on your money. PLEASE RESPOND AND GIVE ME MY REFUND.Initial Complaint

Paid $190 for a *** jersey, it came with a huge stain on front of jersey and the sleeves were damaged (cheap material stuck together in packaging and pulled apart). Went through return process (waste of more time) to be told they would do nothing. MITCHELL AND NESS said too bad, and stole my $190. Avoid at all costs...absolute scam!
