Id give 10 stars if I could! ********* and his team were unbelievably great to work with and I will only work with their team moving forward for any home lending needs. In my home buying process, I received quotes from many lenders and brokers - but ********* stood far above the rest because of (1) his best in class rates and (2) his unmatched attention to detail, knowledge of the industry, and trustworthy advice. ********* was a helpful advisor throughout a very stressful process that I was able to trust. He told me when I should lock my interest rate (we could not have timed it any better), walked me through the various fees (there werent many) and was always available when I needed him. I had a fantastic experience working with Christian Best and his team for my home purchase in Atlanta. The team is extremely professional and efficient. The process was seamless and stress free. We closed very fast, within three weeks I believe. Christian is one of the smartest people I know. You can tell he’s got tremendous experience in the mortgage industry and is able to come up with very creative solutions to benefit his clients. Magnum was able to get me to closing on a house after another lender had been trying to get me qualified for 9 months. All it took was 1 phone call with Christian and I was approved. They didn’t mess around, communicated well and put in the effort to get the deal done when there were complex obstacles. Christian will be my first call when I need a loan from here on out. I've been working with Christian B*** at Go Magnum for about 6 years now. Recently, my team and I have been working on developments in up and coming areas throughout philadelphia. To market these homes as best we can for our sellers, we came up with a lender incentive strategy, making these homes much more affordable for buyers in these areas. This has allowed me as a listing agent, to convince the buyers' agents to use our preferred lender, Go Magnum, on majority of our listing side deals, which has led to incredibly smooth transactions, where normally, I wouldn't have a say in who the buyer chooses as their lender. This strategy, along with a few others I have up my sleeve, have allowed me to negotiate full price offers for almost all of these listings, making my sellers extremely happy. Extremely grateful for the partnership, and looking forward to much more business together! Apologies for the delay!
