It has been a nightmare working with *****************************. She has been completely incompetent at handling the type of loan I needed for the property I am attempting to purchase. She was told upfront by my realtor that the property I was attempting to purchase was not going to be able to have a F**** *** or ****** Mac loan because of property management/developer rules. Once she finally accepted this was going to be an issue she failed to be upfront and tell me they might not be able to do it. They gave me a bogus pre-approval without realizing that the property I was looking to purchase had an ***, even though I told them upfront it was a CONDO! What CONDO doesnt come with an *** fee? That was where they first messed up. Second, their underwriters needed certain information from the *** management company in order to approve, and that information was not requested in a timely manner in order to get it in time for closing, which was scheduled for 11/5/2021. When they realized how egregiously they had messed up they started to scramble, but did not properly provide me with any updates so that I could check other options and possibly switch lenders in time for the closing date. On 11/01/21 they sent me a denial via email, and to this day I have yet to receive an official letter from their underwriters. They've been COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRESPONSIVE ever since. Avoiding my calls, and responding to them with a text saying Im in a conference call at 6pm? Really? And then not bothering to call back, thats if I even got a courtesy response at all. No reply to my emails, or text messages asking for a refund on my $510 appraisal. This is my second condo purchase, and Ive also gone through the refinancing process with other lenders, and I have NEVER dealt with any that have been this unprofessional and lacking transparency.
