      My vehicle was stolen 12/1/22, recovered, & brought to this service center 12/20/22 for repairs. Before the vehicle was towed to this location, ***** advised us to contact the Kia service centers in the area to make sure repairs could be completed in a timely manner. All of the other centers informed me they were backed up 3-4 months, but Value Kia told me they could have my vehicle repaired sooner than this, so we proceeded with having my vehicle brought in. I was also told they do not accept vehicles without the keys, so I got the keys to the tow company so they could be dropped off w/ the car. Every time I followed up, I was either told all of the parts were in, and my car would be repaired by the end of the week, or that someone entered the parts in wrong, and they actually hadn't received them. Finally after weeks of this, *** offered to go “another repair route” to speed this up, but because it would cost more, he needed to send an updated repair estimate to my insurance company. Once again, every time I called (once a week, or once every other week), I was told the same thing, until they decided to stop taking my calls (leaving me on hold, & hanging up). FINALLY after 5 weeks, I spoke with the service manager ****, and he FINALLY sent over the repair estimate, even though I was told this would be done weeks ago. Soon afterwards, he calls me back to let me know they actually cant go this other repair route, because they never received my keys. So my car has been sitting there since December with no keys, even though I was told they did not accept vehicles without the keys. Now I am working with the tow company to find out what happened to my keys 3 months ago, when I shouldve been notified of this. Also, had they contacted my insurance 5 weeks earlier like I was repeatedly told, we wouldve been 5 weeks ahead of this issue, and 5 weeks closer to my vehicle being repaired. Their negligence/irresponsibleness has caused an even bigger delay, outside of parts.

      False advertising!! Car listed online at $32,000, they waited until all paperwork was filled out to tell me there's been a slight **** up on the price by $10,000. This is a dealership of ****

      Purchased a car for 16,000 dollars was told there was no accidents started having issues 4 months in found out it was actually in 2 accidents and the car is only worth 11,000 so I can't even trade it in to cover what I owe company hasn't done anything at all to help besides try to sell me another car with no refund
