I had a monthly subscription to ******** that was cancelled in April 2022. I was not billed again after that until last month. I was unexpectedly charged even though I had not interacted with the company in a year. I tried to log into my old account, but I received error messages that the account wasn't active. I called customer service, and the rep verified that my subscription was cancelled last April. She told me to email the company with a screenshot of the charge. I received a response stating that my account was reactivated under a different address, so they would not issue a refund. However, I never reactivated the account.Initial Complaint

******** was doing a 47% off promotion. Screenshot attached. The discount would not apply in the cart so I called and spoke to more than one representative who said the amount should be $84 and that they would refund me after I made the purchase. They did not honor this. Call recordings will prove this case. They did a partial refund, but not for the correct amount. The product is great. I just want the amount promised to me to be refunded. I wasn't confused or mistaken. Their customer service said one thing and then did another.
