I Initial called Baxter because I heard something in my kitchen ceiling. When Jonathan came out he suggested putting a opening in ceiling to see what was going on. I paid for a 1 year service $345.00. When he came to open up the ceiling he tapped the ceiling and said he couldn't do it because the ceiling was plaster. I was disappointed but wish he would have tapped before I paid them. MY EXPERIENCE went down hill with each visit. His attitude and customer interaction sucks. I ask him a question about loading a bait box and he was so negative and defensive. He said "are you trying to tell me how to do my job, I been doing this for years". I responded "no, not at all, it was a question." I also ask about a dark mark between my screen and entry door in basement and also something in my basement toilet. He said "I don't know anything about toilets." I don't know about toilets but I heard rodents can come thru them. I told him "the only stupid question is the one you don't ask." He never found any holes, I found a couple tho, because I am a older woman and I don't see well I ask him if he could check to see if I had enough of the steel wool so it would be tight he was negative on that issue as well. He loaded 2 bait boxes 1 behind China cabinet and 1 under radiator when he left I relished the box under the radiator was not there. There was also a issue about pulling things out I.e refrigerator, radiator covers and dish washer. On his last visit I had radiator covers removed and ask if he could lift up the metal pieice that goes around the pipe and check to see if there was steel wool, he wouldn't do it. Never expected for him to pull out the dishwasher I just found a handyman and will have that taken care of. He said I'm letting the office know you were unprepared like he was telling on a child. Although my contract is not up until January I told him he didn't have to come back. I can spray Japanese peppermint oil myself. Wish I would have read the reviews before I dealt
