Rite Aid on ***********************************************************************************. The cashier followed me throughout the aisles while I was looking at products using one of the oldest tricks where the employee pretends they are "straightening the shelves" but they are really in your aisle looking at what you are doing, checking to see if you are stealing. This went on for 10 minutes, and I called management and asked them to review the cameras from 8:40am through 8:55am Friday July 12th. The employee left the front counter, passed by several aisles, and landed in the aisle I was in, looked at me, and what I was holding in my hand, and then turned around like they were straightening the shelves. Then, I went back one more aisle and so did the employee, again, looking at me and what was in my hand. I then went back about four more aisles and so did the employee. I then went to the front of the store, and so did the employee, returning to the register (thinking I was about to leave), but then I went all the way to the back of the store, and once again they came from behind the register, walking all the way back to the aisle I was in. (First Insult.) I am not a Caucasian, I hate to blame anything on race, but it is difficult to believe otherwise when there was a white woman and a white man in the store who were not followed. I spoke to the store manager who insulted me by saying that she did not profile me, and she was just doing her job. The managers insult was telling me that their employees could not be doing things like this because it is against company policy, and it is posted on their door! (Second Insult) It is against every companys policy but that does not stop it from happening. On Friday, the store manager asked me to give him until Monday, July 15th (today) to give him time to elevate this to his boss and I agreed to wait, and to my chagrin, NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME TODAY. (Third Insult!) I SUGGEST A VIDEO UPLOAD. ALLOW THE PUBLIC TO SEE FOR THEMSELVES.Review from Rose E

RIte Aid Corporation store #*****, ******************************* ***** Why are you trying to shut down this store. You are deliberately not filling the shelves with things that I go there for. The shelves are pretty empty and are not being restocked. I prefer not to go to CVS where it is always jam packed with stuff and hard to get thru the isles. I have been most happy with Rite Aid and especially their pharmacies were excellent and shelves stocked.I think that your plan of not stocking shelves makes it seem like the store is doing poorly when in fact it is you that is not filling the shelves and I have to go elsewhere to get what I used to get at Rite Aid. I still like the pharmacy and it is convenient for me. I think you are doing a terrible thing to the customers and giving yourself a good excuse to close it down by not supplying the store sheves with needed. There are no other Rite Aids around. I think your marketing practice stinks and no wonder people do not go there as there is nothing on the cotton picking shelves that one needs. I am very disappointed in your corporation and your tactics to close a good store. I hope that you would reconsider your corporate actions as they are not customer oriented. Rite Aid accepts vaccination appointments for vaccines they do not have in stock. We drove 20 miles to get COVID vaccinations with appointments. When we arrived we were told they don't have any; they don't know when they may have any again. The person also told us, "You can sign up for whatever you want, but there's no connection between the appointment system and what they actually have. ***************, **, they need to close the store. The pharmacist actually screams at people. They tell me when my med is ready. I go in and was told they are a day late. Problem is that if I don't have med, I potentially can have a seizure. They have 8 people behind the counter, and a day late? How many people do you need not to be a day late? I have been waiting for over a week to have important medications to me. There seems to always be a system problem. My medications include hypertension medication and insulin of which I have been unable to have delivered as I am immobile and have no one to pick the medicine up for me. Again, it has 9 days. Obviously a scam, stay away from these people they are scammers and I think most positive reviews here are been written by them. I recommend you use ******** (5o9) 542-7608 for your meds refill, I was able to get my adderall 30mg from him after I got scammed by this site. He is definitely a life saver.Review from Bruce H

I live in chronic pain and every month on my med refill date They always say we got order the pills on my med refill date and then I gotta wait two days with no pills for my chronic pain for them to get the pills and and been every month for the last three months it getting old if you are on pain meds go anywhere but rite aid unless you like going without pain meds every monthReview from James B

The Pharmacy at *********************************************************************************************************** **. might be the worse experience Ive ever had. Three phone calls from my Doctor. 4 phone calls from me, and they still couldn't get the prescription right or have it ready on time. I will never use this rite aid again.Incompetence at this level should have consequences.Review from Salvador R

"well today July 8th, 2024 at around 12:25 p.m. I was shopping for a quick lunch and my experience is the following: When I gathered my two items and approached the checkout register and after I placed my transaction I was walking out the door when I heard this older Hispanic lady say addressing me and called me a, '***** ** ****". This has not been the only time that specific lady has name called me or disrespected me it has happened before. The Location is the rite aid addressed to be the 345 town Center Mall Santa Maria, CA I would like for there to be a training to help those who have forgot in how to treat a random person with respectful customer service technique.
