            Best Choice Plumbers came and installed a new storm water drain pipe from my house to the curb in January 2022 but fail to connect my pipe to the storm water drain pipe in the street. Anthony Supervisor the work. I called Anthony from Best Choice because the water is still backing up into my home. Anthony came and tried to clear the line but couldn’t. He said the pipe had a blockage at the curb. Aqua came and checked their line and it was cleared. According to PennDOT after they checked found no blockage and that the connection to the storm water drainpipes in the street was never made. Anthony did not and cannot show exactly where he made the connections, nor does he have any physical proof where the connection was made. I haven’t heard from Anthony or anyone at Best Choice Plumbing since September 2022. I am still battling with this water backing up in my home. Consumer Beware, Best Choice Plumbing is affiliated with ***** Plumbing and ***** has complaints too. This company do not answer all calls and do not address all concerns. They haven’t taken care of mine yet, and I paid then $18,500.00 for a job they never did.

            I should start by saying that their technicians, for the most part, are very good and competent. The major issue is with their customer service. They quoted us a price to install a tankless water heater, which we were really on the fence about getting, and we agreed to the price. They installed it, but, now we discover 3 months later, they installed it incorrectly. The gas supply needed a certain pipe set-up and they failed to do it properly. Once the water heater stopped working and this was determined to be the problem, Best Choice still insisted we pay for the fix-- even though it was their mistake. They said they were giving us a discounted price on the fix because it was their mistake, but really it should have been discounted to zero. Stupid business practice: they've now lost in future business way more than the fix would have cost them.
