I wouldn’t recommend using this company. We were pleased that they were able to come right away, but from there on it was all downhill. They changed the flush unit in a toilet, and after they left water started coming through the ceiling below. We turned off the water and they returned to fix it correctly. Their guy couldn’t figure out how to get a vanity closer than an 1” to the wall- when we said this was unacceptable they grudgingly made it work. BUT, they didn’t adjust the drain from the sink causing it to leak. They had to return to fix that – saying it “wasn’t their fault” it was the way the drain was in – yet they were able to adjust it – so why wouldn’t they have done this in the first place? We had and HVAC issue and they sent their HVAC “senior tech”. He declared the unit unserviceable and said he would order a new one. Two weeks later, he said he received it, but that it was missing a part. He said he would let us know when it arrived. That was three weeks ago and he does not return calls. We gave up and had another company check the unit. It was a relatively minor repair and now works fine. We don’t understand what Burris’ motive was in stringing us along, as they don’t owe us any money, but they wasted over a month of our time and were wrong in saying we needed a new unit. All in all a completely negative experience, we would not use them again. Read reviews first – we didn’t and regret it – they’re “D” rated in Better Business Bureau and have negative reviews on other sites that sound like our experience.
