            I contacted Mount Airy Plumbing on 06/01/2022 and spoke to Eunice A****. I informed Ms. A**** that the drain in my basement and garage was blocked. Ms. A**** stated she would send someone out to my home. The service person called me an insisted upon coming to my home after 08:00pm. I told him it was too late, but he showed up anyway. He went down in my basement and pretended to remove the blockage in my drain located in the basement. He told me that he had cleared the drain in the basement but was unable to fix the drain in my garage area. He took apart my utility sink and left it without running water. I trusted that he had corrected the problem and paid him $265.00 for his service. The next day I found the drain in my basement was still blocked. I contacted another plumbing company who attempted to unblock the drain but could not because the pipe is broken underneath my concrete floor and needs to be replaced. The service rep. from Mount Airy plumbing should have known this was the problem and not charged me for a service he did not perform.

            This Company's pricing takes advantage of senior citizens even though they did not completed the work. Since I paid $720.00 for this job, to unstop my drains and they were unable to get the drains open, he agreed to give back $300.00. At the time of this verbal agreement he gave me $100.00 cash and refuses to return the $200.00 owed by his commitment. As a matter of fact their original price of $720.00 for drain cleaning was greater than usual but I excepted it because they tried.
