I worked with GoldOller before our company switched to another company. They have not paid me my last commission check in full. It was supposed to be $2000 and they paid me $10! This company does not care about their employees nor the residents that live in their communities.Review from Samantha M

Rudest staff I have ever talked to in the years I have lived here. They started charging us for a renters insurance when we already have it. I spoke with the guy who CONSTANTLY talked over me and cut me off. He mentioned that it was our responsibility to send west haven the renters insurance declaration. I told him in the past years the complex ALWAYS emailed me to send it to them and I would with no issues. It is the same insurance every year. He claimed and I quote "... That is good customer service, however we are not obligated to send notice to residents to get their declaration. You just have to know to do that every year... It is in the lease (bull it is not I checked...) we can't waive the renter insurance fee due to corporate "(again BULL because when they messed up our billing for other charges in the past that were not valid they could update it with a credit NO PROBLEM). OBVIOUSLY the new staffing here at ********** at Vinings has no TACT and is extremely dismissive. When I tell you DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! it isn't worth the trouble. You email or call and they never pick up. I had to call the number for new residents for someone to pick up the phone. That is right ladies and gents. THEY GIVE RESIDENTS A WHOLE OTHER NUMBER THAT CLAIMS THEY ARE OUT OF OFFICE WHEN THEY ARE INDEED OPEN. I have already called and complained to corporate about the lack of communication, the unwillingness to remove charges or send notification emails out of NOWHERE claiming it is corporate policy when we know that is BULL! Why do something in the past to change it out of nowhere? Why change something that isn't broken. Ya might wanna go back to that old style of actually giving a c*** about your residents.Oh did I mention that they also have us paying for the electricity outside of our apartment? Don't live here.Review from Karen E

This is a terrible company! They bought the apartment complex where I live in Columbia, Maryland. I've been at Columbia Pointe for a long time but now this new management company is really causing me stress. Their costumer service is terrible. I have emailed the staff repeatedly and tried going thru the resident portal with no response. I specifically told them I can't call because of work. They are now forcing us to use a new website to pay our rent but it doesn't accept my payment and nobody will help me. BILT forces you to apply for their mastercard but I apparently didn't qualify and when trying to use my own debit card with my bank, it says they don't accept that payment method. I have been working overtime and can't call them during their office hours. I have repeatedly requested they send me in writing what other bank cards they accept and nobody will tell me. I did get one email that said I could pay with a money order but they still won't tell me what bank cards they accept via the online payment system and one of my neighbors said they were told a money order was not ok and they had to get a cashier's check. This is ridiculous that any company would make it this hard to pay them. I pay all my other bills with my bank debit card. I should be able to do it for my rent too as I have done for years.GoldOller Real Estate Investments, LLC Response

I decided not to renew my lease, due to stress and anxiety as a result of interaction with the current management staff at Rutherford Glen Apartments. I submitted my 60 date notice in a timely fashion and never received a responses back. I followed up but still no feedback. Upon returning my keys the leasing rep informed me that I owed a total sum of $3104.22 and any additional fees they see fit in the future. He additional stated you must but an additional notice to vacate which they did forward to me in a timely fashion, I reviewed the lease and I never saw any language stating two notices are due when you terminate your lease on the expiration date.Review from Sparkle L

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I HIGHLY recommend you live ANYWHERE else. I previously wrote a good review as Goldoller allows application funds to be reimbursed for producing a positive response via Google reviews, but that was just my experience the first day I viewed the property. I went through the entire process to be approved at The Willows (over a month before my move out date at my current apartment), and I received a document to sign my lease prior to move in. TWO days before my move in date at The Willows- I receive a phone call from the leasing office advising me that my application has been denied from the VP of the company. I requested to speak with the VP and was hung up on. I requested why I was advised of the denied application with such short notice and was informed that there is no one working in the leasing office but one person and they were just able to reach out to inform me two days before move in. I’m not sure what kind of company Goldoller is but I have never felt more neglected from a company than I did with The Willows. I attempted to reach out to corporate office but of course no one answered there as well. I attempted to reach out to the leasing office and even stopped by 2 times to see a sign saying “at lunch” at 5pm and the leasing office closed at 6pm. I also attempted to contact The Willows on multiple occasions throughout a two week time span and NEVER received an answer nor call/email back. If you see bad reviews for this property definitely believe them. I also saw the bad reviews on the BBB. I am glad things didn’t work out with me living at this community as I had a bad feeling about it after I finally got to show my family the “initial” apartment they show you whenever you tour, to be told by the leasing agent that she slept in the “show apartment” bed the night before, and forgot to straighten it up as she pulled a double shift. Like I said, please go elsewhere that’s not Goldoller ownedReview from clara t.

TERRIBLE!! If I could leave negative stars I absolutely would. My building was infested with mold inside the walls and we had no idea until we started packing to move out and found it coming through the walls in spots. I immediately reported it to the office and to my insurance. The end result after fighting was my insurance paid me out for the damages because every single piece of furniture and majority of the items we owned became infested with mold, my daughter and I got really sick, and we had to throw away pretty much all of our belongings and move into a new place with no furniture and hardly anything. The company went back and forth with me and gave me false promises like that they would give me my full security deposit back and waive my last utility bill and try to give me some sort of compensation. The maintenance worker told me that they found out there was a leak in the apartment above mine and that was what caused the mold. But when I went to get the report for my insurance to cover it, the office had the maintenance guy call me again and say that he had me confused with another unit. How many units do you have that have infested mold inside the walls and ruining everything they own? This maintenance guy had already been to my apartment before too so I don’t know how he had me confused with someone else. Clearly that was a lie. He also slipped and told me that after they wiped bleach water on one part of the wall that it was coming through from inside, that then the mold somehow was dead and they were going to paint over it to “not scare the next people that move in”. They basically nonstop gave me the runaround, lied through their teeth the entire time to try to get me to go away, and didn’t keep any of their promises thinking I’d disappear. I lost thousands of dollars worth of items and my daughter and I had to seek medical attention after living there and they knew all this but still didn’t do anything. Now all of a sudden they’ve disappeared. DISGUSTING people! The complex I lived at was Albany landings but by the sounds of all these reviews I’ve seen, every community they take over ends up going down the toilet. If you’re looking for a place to live, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They clearly were willing to move someone else into the dangerous space that we were lucky enough to get out of and they have no intention of making it a comfortable and safe living space for anyone. They just want to make a profit and take your money.Review from Pamela J

This property took $2600 from me and I never lived there. I never spent one night in their units and had to shell out close to $1000 on hotels and storage and I lost money taking time from work. They refuse to give me the number to corporate and have ignored me. Then they said corporate decided not to refund me but still won't allow access to the regional or district manager. I was homeless for 2 weeks waiting, told them I did not want to contact BBB or an attorney and they still would not help. I relocated my life from California to be mishandled and stolen from at Bridgewater in Duluth GA. The manager and the leasing staff ignored me and did not get back to me when they said they would. I just want my money back. I have been dealing with this since June. They just don't care. I have tried everything but a lawyer. I just want my money back. 0 stars. Do not live here.
