I purshased two books onine with the FA DAVIS COMPANY and they have failed to update their POS system. I have not recieved any email confirmation, order number or packaging invoice after spending 150.05 USD currency. They online portal denies ever recieving payment and suggested I try purshasing the books again for the second time. They have been posted on my bank statement and I have been notified by my banking system that a purshase was made online from this website www.fadavis.com. After many absent attempts to resolve the issuse I am left with only one option. Please help me recieve a refund for the items that have I intended to purshase. I will no longer initiate contact with this business due to my mental health and physical exertion is not neccesaary after I had already paid $150.05 with my debit card, not credit card.
