            I purchased a $230.00 book with a discount totaling $184.58. The book is "******* ***********, 1st Edition Hardback By ****************************". This was purchased on 4/6/21 from routledge.com, Order ID: ******; Invoice #: ********. I received the book on 4/15/21. The pages in the book were not bound properly - detached from the spine of the book. I called Taylor & Francis and spoke to ***************************** who was very helpful, I sent him pictures via email on 4/19/21 and he had a new replacement book sent to me on 4/29/21. I was out of state, yet when I was able to get to the new book on 5/25/21, I could not believe that the same problem had occurred. The binding on the book was detached from the spine a second time! I immediately wrote ****************** at 12:55 pm on that day and sent photos as well. I followed up with him on 6/4, inquired on 6/12 and 7/7, and called a couple of times to no avail. Finally, on 8/19/21, we communicated, although I have not heard back. Seems to be a misunderstanding.

            I ordered a book back in November. It was not delivered to me at my home and then when I contacted them they said it was delivered (but I never received a delivery receipt invoice that it was delivered to my home). They said it was my fault for not raising it within 45 days (but how could I know if something was delivered or not)? Basically, they are refusing to refund me but I never received the book I ordered from them - so they basically took my money without providing me with the product. Their customer service is terrible and I'm not sure what their relationship with Routledge is but its very confusing to track your orders. Please try to order your books from another company. I've never had this happen to me after ordering online for years.
