Hotelier here. Been in the trade of constructing & operating hotels in the Southeast Louisiana market since 1994 and our most recent development being on the outskirts of Austin, TX. This place is a scam. They pretend like they are buying your property when they arent. They really are just looking to get you to sell cheap so they can sell it to someone else for more money. They dont follow through, lie and give you the run around. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Buys email list dumps full of people w addresses that are associated w the email and contacts them about purchasing their properties. Essentially pays for userlists from unscrupulous companies and hacked databases and uses it to try to acquire properties from people on said lists. At best a scummy business practice akin to scam calling, at worst straight up predatory and potentially illegal.
