I am a part of group 17 in **** ******* Mentorship. **** ******, also known as **************, managed to persuade a group of people like me to sign up for a mentorship program with a promise of buying some of the properties that he, *****************************, owned in ********* **. For our group 17, this promise was not fulfilled and was full of manipulation, control, and deceptions and at times hostile tone on a simple phone conversation. Myself and Group 17 have invested $6,000 each to put towards purchasing an investment property from *******************************. This totaled out to be $42,000. We were given a fraudulent purchase and sales agreement document to purchase the property ******************************* stated he owned free and clear in the amount of $39,000. This was sent to ******************************* and was stolen by him. We, at this point, all members of group 17 are filing this complaint with the BBB to retain all our money of $39,000.00 given to **** Parker. Please see complaint letter attached with further details of dates and names associated with this theft. Please refund the $39,000 to our group or our group will take further action.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my real estate investment with ******************************* from G-Parker Unlimited. In April 2019, I purchased a property from your company, paying a down payment of $20,000 and an additional $26,000 for a duplex worth $65,000. I was promised that after the property's rehabilitation, it would be worth around $150,000 and would generate passive income. I was also assured that the project would be completed within six months at the latest. However, almost four years later, I still have not received my property. Despite numerous attempts to contact your company, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the significant financial investment I made. As a first-time real estate investor, I trusted and believed in your company's ability to create passive income opportunities for young black citizens in our city. Unfortunately, my experience with your company has been nothing but disappointing. Furthermore, I signed a Joint Venture Agreement with your company in May 2019, investing $15,000 with the promise of generating a 20% interest within six months. However, we are now in 2023, and I have not received any payout. I have spoken to ****** on multiple occasions, who is in charge of the venture, but have only been given the runaround. Despite providing my wire information multiple times, I have not received any money. Every time I am promised a wire transfer, it never happens, and I am given multiple excuses. I urge your company to address these issues and return my investment in full. It is unacceptable to take advantage of people like this, and I would not advise anyone to do business with your company. I have provided the original contract as evidence of my investment, but have still not received my money.

I signed a contract to purchase a property from Greg Parker Unlimited. A down payment was given to them of 20,000 for the title and start of construction on a property in Cleveland, Ohio. Originally the process was supposed to be 60-90 days. It's been mulitple years and I never received the title or refund of my 20,000. I have been given the run around every single time I speak to somebody from the company. It is obvious they are taking advantage of people. Would not recommend doing business with them.

There is no company called Greg Parker Unlimited. ********************* paid a non refundable deposit for a property.  We did find him a property, but he rejected said property. We do have properties available for him but he wants a refund.  He can get a property now if he wants. We have helped and sold hundreds of properties. Unfortunately, there's a small percentage of clients that dont understand the business and get frustrated and want to give up, Real estate is a marathon. not a sprint. We will work with ************************ to make him whole.

I wired Greg Parker $18000 between July and November of 2019. It was to be part of of one on one clients for purchase duplex in East Cleveland. Original duplex was condemned, 2nd duplex was not in his name, 3rd duplex was demolished and then the 4th one was Flint, Mi. He said he had more inventory and he would put me in a duplex in Cleveland. It’s been well over 3 months since he told me this. It’s always “ I got you” , I’m going to the office, I’ll have the office call you. Over the past three years it has been hard to get ahold of him or get returned phone calls between him or Cecily. I’ve given him more then enough time to make this right or to straight up tell me he didn’t want to work with me. I’ve asked for my refund in this matter , like all the other complaints if has fallen on deaf ears. It should not take three years and I live in Cleveland.

Greg Park/ ** ******* and I signed a Joint Venture Agreement in July of 2020 and invested $15,000. It was supposed to generate 20% interest in 6 months. We are now in 2022, and I have only received $9000.00. I've reached out to Greg, and his secretary Cecily on multiple occasions, and have only gotten the runaround. They asked me for my wire information, which I provided multiple times, and still nothing. They say they have said they would wire my money, and when the day comes they do not answer. All I want is my money and it seems to be an issue.

On August 1,2020 I gave greg parker in his hand a personal check for $100,000 dollars to invest with ** ******* for 20% interest for 6months on a joint venture agreement to rehabilitate a property I would receive my money or option to reinvest $120,000 so on February 2,2020 I reinvested for 6 more months for $144,000 dollars and reinvested for another 6months on August 30,2021 for another 20% Interest for $172,800 dollars. In February I called greg parker to inform him that I would not be reinvesting my money and would like to receive a cash out instead he assured me that his payroll would cash me out in march and it never happened when I call him he's always in a meeting or he'll call me back or someone else would pick up to take a message the basic run around so now it went dark he's not answering today is may 7,2022

I paid Greg Parker Unlimited a total of $18060.90 for an investment property back in 8/2019. Here we are in 11/2021 he has yet to provide a property or to issue a refund. I have contacted his team over 2 1/2 yrs with no resolve. I have made countless attempts for him to just refund the money but every week its something new. No communication, no attempts to just refund the money, andno remorse for how he is misleading and accepting large amount of funds with no true intent to deliver residential properties.
