Ordered $104 worth of food to be delivered 1/16/2022 for my large family. Food never came and they didn’t answer the phone. I called about 10 more times in a row and finally sometime answered saying they were closed. I explained that our food never came and they said they can deliver it the next day and I told that that makes no sense. It’s not a grocery store, it’s a pizza shop. Please bring my food. Afterwards, I just said just refund me for non-delivery. They claimed they already closed their registers and couldn’t. Then they explained that even if I called the next day, they couldn’t refund my money. I tried to dispute this with my CC company and they said that Fiesta claimed they delivered it so it was denied. Lesson Learned: Never order from any business close to closing because they do not care and will not help. I will never order from them again.
