      To start off they don't physically have everything at the store which you won't find out until after you spent your money already. I put my order in March 9 and its now May 6 and its still nothing after my purchased i was notified that it will take 4-8 weeks for my *** ***** belt. After 7 weeks with no update. I decided to check *** ***** website just to find out on the same belt is a 3-5 week wait. when i called asked why they needed an additional 3 weeks to complete my order I was basically told to continuing waiting. First and Last order. learning lesson. $360 dollars spent out of pocket plus two months and HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE

      On 12/17/22, I bought a coat from a website: **********************************. My order was for the Barya NewYork Antique Brown ****** Shearling Jacket which costs $850 (Order number #*****). The order was confirmed. A couple days later I was contacted by *****, explaining that he didn't actually have the coat; they were being made. That it would take time; would I like something else. He said a different coat had just come in for my size 5xl and that I could get that, but it was additional $400 for the difference. I agreed because he assured me that it, ******* Tobacco Burnish Fox Shearling Jacket Order (#*****) would fit; they ran big. I liked it & paid the additional money. I got it on 12/31; it wasn't even close to a legit 5xl, so I took a trip from ********, ** to Philadeplhia, PA to return it and get measured for the first coat I wanted. ***** apologized when he saw me trying to get into it and said, "yeah they run small." He wouldn't measure me; asked me to look at coats to see if anything would fit. I told him I had my measurements. He said he had larger sizes, but I would have to wait to get it. So we agreed on the original Barya coat 8xl ($805) & a Barya NewYork MA1 Whiskey Lambskin ****** Flight Jacket 6xl, which he threw in to account for the $405 as a gratuity for all my trouble. Since then communication has been lacking, I've received nothing showing progress. I called on 1/26/23 to inquire, which upset him. A day later 1/27/23, he updates me that the coat has shipped & I will receive a tracking by email. I waited. The next day he calls and says, I have to now pay an additional $200, which I told him I would not, just give me my money back. He said they are in transit, let him talk to the owner to see what he could do. There was no call back, so I called on 1/30/23 and was told $100, which I refused. I reminded him that I had measurements to check the size; he refused and said I'll let you know when they're coming. I said I want my money back. Please help!
