      I never recieved my order, its been 2 months. I've had other orders prior with the same thing to almost happen after time has passed. This go round I spend over $150 and did not receive my products. Will be taking them to court.

      I ordered with this company back on Aug 30th and today is Oct 11th and I have yet to receive my product or money back. I have called, emailed and no response to either or, at this point I have chopped up my loose. They false advertise to get people to buy, but don't deliver and don't answer calls or emails giving explanations on orders or refunds.

      This have been the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not buy from them online EVER! I went back on their timeline and complaints about not receiving orders dated back to January 2022. Unacceptable. I keep getting broken promises, I keep calling, I keep commenting. You all know my order isnt coming. Please refund my money as soon as possible. The total amount. I tried to be patient I am worn out. I would have even accepted going in to the store in my area which is literally down the block from me. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

      I placed an order with this company on Aug 30th and today is Sep.15 and still no product. I have emailed them and called them and no response to either. My order was like $53.94, at this point I am out this money and I will never conduct business with them again. I have taken my business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      I placed an order with this company 7/22/22, never received a shipping email. I called only for them to tell me some of my items were missing (even though they are promoting an OVERSTOCK sale) they don't really have the items in stock. They shipped my order without my body washes and was told they would ship when they came in stock the following Monday. I have called, emailed, left voice messages, left comments on their IG and still no response. They do have great products but good luck trying to get those products shipped to you. You literally have to go searching for your own order and that's even if they answer the phone. It's over a month later and I'm still trying to either get my products or a refund!!!

      I placed an order and both of the products that I received were incorrect. I’ve sent their business email a few times, with no response. I have shopped with them previously and they had trouble with customer service. I decided to give them a second chance and they’ve done it again. Great products, terrible service.

      I placed an order 2/22/2022. I have not received my order yet. I’ve sent several emails to no avail. I’m at the point that I want a refund. I’ve ordered before and had to send an email regarding my order. But it was answered and I received my products. They have really great products. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again. If I don’t get my money back nor products I will take the loss. But will NEVER support them again!!

      I love this company so much. They really are the perfect solution for all of my skincare needs. What I love most about Yadain is that the company is consistent. The products are always the best quality, which leaves me satisfied with my purchase every time. And if a customer does have a question or concern, they always make sure the customer has the best experience possible. I worked for Yadain in 2019, and they treated their employees with the utmost respect. Always. They are able to uphold the integrity of their company values because they make sure every employee/staff member feels valued within the company, and the community, which can eventually lead to positive impact on the customer service experience. A lot of other businesses lack consistency, or fail to meet the expectations of their external and internal customers. However, Yadain always makes the effort to make sure they are following trough with their promises, and I think that is so valuable within a company. I can wholeheartedly say that I've learned and grown so much vocationally and personally, because of my experience in Yadain as an employee and a customer.
