      I ordered a custom costume in September 2022. I supplied a photo and the shop and I talked about how they were going to replicate the costume. My delivery date was early Feb 2023.In mid Feb 2023 I was told that they had some staffing issues but all costumes would be completed and shipped by the last day of Feb 2023, *** Next Day delivery.I stated my apologies that they were going through this but looked forward to receiving the costume (we needed it for March 4th).March 1st I asked for photos and tracking. No response. I waited the 48 hrs response time to allow as stated by ****. I asked again. Nothing. My daughter competed without this costume on March 4 2023. On March 6th I was told the costume would be finished and sent by the end of the week. On Monday March 13 a label was created and shipped on the 15th. I was also told I would have photos on the 13th. My item arrived on Friday March 17th. It was missing three of the items we discussed. It did not fit - not by a long shot and was defective in some areas. I left two messages on **** messenger and one voice message at a number listed in their website. I got an auto reply that their shop was closed and they would open back up in April.I have tried to resolve this with the owner and through Etsy. No one seems to see that I paid nearly $700 for a defective costume that's missing parts and doesn't fit. The owner keeps saying its my opinion - but is not. I have photos and measurements. She says its just because I do not like the item. I happen to LOVE it but it can not be worn. It took a tremendous amount of effort to get my child into it to even try on and address the issues of it not fitting.

      I purchased a custom dance costume from this online retailer on 8/20/22, with an initial deposit of $364.50, I requested an early January 2023 delivery with final payment due at that time. Original total was quoted at $675.00. I had previously purchased from this merchant before one year prior and had a wonderful experience. This time was different. The initial consult was great, but then as I had questions and needed to make changes to the design throughout the process, the communication became very inconsistent from them. All of our communication took place via their shop's messenger application. I had not heard anything from them in several weeks and asked if the item would arrive in time, due to asking for early January receipt of item and my daughter performing on 1/15/23; without any response from them since early December, I received a very rude response, but shortly received an update. They sent me photos of the finished product, for which I paid and additional $108.00 for the total price of $472.50. She then sent me tracking information. A few days went by and I had not received my item, I contacted USPS and they reported that had yet to receive the item. I contacted her to inquire about the item, she sent a rude response and then immediately blocked me from all of her business pages. I received a very poorly constructed costume on 1/13/23; two days before my daughter was scheduled to perform; that fell apart while she was trying it on. I have not been able to contact the merchant due to being blocked from their business pages. The costumes has unfinished stitches, uneven seams, does not fit properly, and the strap broke while trying it on.
