Simple Tire is the absolute worst to purchase tires from. Their customer service is appalling. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months now with no resolution apart from them wanting me to purchase new tires and then get a refund. I don't think so as I don't trust that they will process the refund. I asked for a promo/discount code for purchasing the replacement tires and they said they do not provide codes but on their website clear as day is an area in the check out portion for a promo code. Just appalling! I don't understand how they are still in business!Review from Scott M

Simple Tire had the right tire for me at the right price! I searched more than 4 other tire shops with the same brand and size tire I was looking for and Simple Tire beat them all by over 10%. The checkout process was simple and quick. I will be a customer for life!Review from Stephen L

Ordered tires online, I received no update or tires for 2 weeks so I called and they said my order was pending because of the tires being out of stock. Two things that made me mad were 1 - never received an email giving me an update about my order pending and why 2- when I placed my order it said there was 15 in stock.Review from Mark S

This review seems premature. I ordered the tires on line 2 minutes ago. I did have an issue with ordering my tires. I signed up for marketing in order to get a discount however the code sent to me was invalid so I did not receive the discount after spending all my time on the site.
