I went in single mom of 3kids. But had $3,753 in cash. (MySavings) With no job and a fixed monthly income of $1,333 My dad just passing away 3mths prior. Me being his caregiver. My monthly payments were supposed to be $355/mth and my car insurance being $122 for full coverage. I miss one payment they come at 4am to repossess my car from out front of my house. Go out to take my kids to school car gone. Monster towing leaves me vm saying they can’t disclose their location. Take it up wit BBI. Kids never made it to school. And I call they say oh ima transf. I to our repo dept. which they don’t have. It just another desk for over from his. Tom: ?? confused, huh? But the 1st was paid on time and in full. So can I get a car I can afford with the money I already gave you in total. You got 7k to pay off the balance? As he is laughing Me: No Tom: well you can’t get your car back you missed your 2nd payment. Me: so can I get a car for the amt I already gave y’all.+ the 2nd monthly pymt, Nope! We don’t have anything that cheap. So can I get my deposit back? Well that went to our finance dept. I’m a female took advantage of.& the starter went 1mth after having the vehicle and I had to pay for that outta my pocket to get fixed. But kept my money and didn’t even give me another vehicle that I could afford. Lost my dad and car within the same year. & weeks apart from getting the vehicle initially And they basically saying Fuck me. But kept my money. I missed one payment! Y’all will have y’all day in hell. It’s now November and my kids have to get to school on public transportation. And 3yo can’t go to pre-k anymore. I don’t have no way to commute now. And septa 89bus always having delays. So they getting to school late and cold. All got missing ONE ??payment. Don’t spend your hard earned money with them. They all about a dollar not about helping. This place is a scam I put 10,000 cash down on a 2018 Durango r/t I was 8 days late on a payment and they came and repossessed the car, I was incarcerated and I told them that, they told me I had 15 days to give them 2300 dollars I had to pay my back payment and the following months payment which was not due yet, I go up there to pay it the same day on my credit card and they tell me they only take cash, mind you I use my credit card to pay my monthly bill with, so I come up with the money and I go to bring them the cash and they tell me now they need the payment in full, there trying to get over on me there expecting me to just forget about 10000 dollars. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on April 25 2023, on June 23rd the vehicle went completely dead, call the dealer to see what they can do to help with the situation, was given the run around until i finally spoke to the salesman Harry who actually told me I SOL, the 30 warranty expires so you have to get it fix, the finance manager who is Michael was willing to resolve the issue either he said there going to just reprocess the car and deal with the Attorney General office, because I filed a complaint, Do Not Purchase any Vehicle from this Dealer there taking people hard earn money and don’t care……Review from Ashley H

Got a beautiful Chevy Tahoe ltz from them. It was 10 grand less than at kerbeck. I would definitely use them again. Sales guy Steve was amazing! He was able to get me 4 different approvals from different banks so I could choose one that had the best interest rate. Looking to trade in my sons car soon will definitely be going back to them.Review from Shauna.d

This is by far the worst company to ever do business with ,let’s just say my story is barely an different then the others that reported on the site..pretty much my car was stolen and they claimed to not have any up to date payments in the system the lady couldn’t even tell me why my car was repossessed,Tom wich is the owner I believe is a complete jerk and very ignorant he also lies to people as well,I can on for days about that character but plenty of people knows what kind of guy he is ..his tow company partners stole my items out of my vehicle and blocked my phone number so I could not get intouch to reclaim my items not to mention he did not want to give me the address because he said he don’t want me to break into the lot I felt so discriminated it was disgusting that he said that to me over the phone ….FYI do not let these people get away with this kind of stuff they ruined my job and well being so now I’m out of a car and work not to mention they said I have to pay the car off in full if I want it back ,No Thankyou but karma is right around the corner !!!Customer Response

Oh by the way the only reason they have any good reviews is because once your finished signing the contract they ask to see your phone and go to they’re website so u can give them a review so it’s pretty much forced upon you, at that very moment your happy and excited so u leave a great review only to change it a month or so later because u see how these people truest are! Please beware I’m begging you it’s not work your time money or energy just look else where because months later you’ll be in the same position as me and others

Yes Please don't come buy a vehicle from here if you are going to be like this customer who left this review. Instead of being grateful, we gave you the chance to own a car but due to your lack of responsibility and bad Attitude you burn it and you go around complaining . Don’t not I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE... they will get you with the in house Financing And false warranties... I got a 2011 ******** **** and all together I spent 11,000 on my car when I was behind they didn’t want the money I owe them.... they took all my money and took there car back and told me that I had to give them another 11,000 to get my car back they are just burning and scamming ppl for there money the are bad business... very easy to get into a car but it’s not worth it please if your look to buy a car please take your money else where
