            The sale occurred on 09/30/2021. My wife and I took our preapproval from this dealers bank which had an 8.99% apr and a finance amt of 26,600.00 with 2000.00 down. We ended up paying 4000.00 cash and a post dated check for 3000.00 down and they increased the apr to 18.99% and ended up still trying to finance $37,000.00 after a 7k down payment. They said all was good we received a pink slip and a license plate and we drove home. 2 weeks later they want us to come back in and sign different papers with a different bank. Finally yesterday they decided to repossess the vehicle at 13.15 on 10/19/2021. When I went to the dealership they told me my down payment was forfeited they were keeping it and the car and I never had any financing which I find odd since we had a welcome call with the bank. Unless of course they are in on the scam. Also while at the dealership I was accused of a felony. The finance manager and sales manager accused my wife and I of using “multiple social security number

            Back in March 4 2024 I was proof car loan from this place. I want up there to see the vehicle vehicle was not really good condition then they change from no down payment to $4000 down payment. They want me to put $1500 down then they would take another $2500 out my account about 2 weeks , they asked me to bring some additional document like home mortgage. I left the office because I have to be at work after I left. I decide the deal. I wont be able to continue with purchase the vehicle. I never take the vehicle out of the lot or drove the vehicle when I left. Send them email. I let them know I was not longer need vehicle from them anymore. I want to cancel the whole thing I request to give me back my $1500 two month later my bank come back to me with proof and said that $1500 the nevyrefund I called this place to tell them where my money I need something to show the reverse my $1500 to ***** Fargo first they telling me did they refund the money they keep changing changing, I need help to get my money from these people they scam me this place need to be investigate the are scammers. I hope they look into everything they do this place. They scam people every single day.
