            Scam alert ?? I recently purchased a vehicle from Vista Auto group 7416 frankford ave in Philadelphia pa I made aware when I spoke to my sales representative ******* that my credit was not that good and he told me he got me and that it would not be a problem me unknowingly at the time was so excited because being a single mother I needed a car to get back and fourth to work and my child’s school long story short they use fraudulent practices which got me denied from the bank that was going to fund my car and then telling me they would not give me back my 2,000 dollars down payment and the only option that they had for me was to put another 2,000 dollars down to get the same car that was denied due to fraudulent paper work that I have proof they told me to use hep is needed pleas advise !!!!

            I purchased a 2019 ***** equinox in February 2024! Art sold me the car! At first I ask to test drive the car he said he will have to pull the car alway off the lot! So the answer was NO! After I purchased the car as I was leaving the dealer ship he slap me with a ***** fee that had to be in my account by may ******* I ask why I wasn't notified about this extra fee before I signs all these papers.. he never really give me a answer.. soon when I got the keys from him I walks over to the car and that's when I saw a long Key scratch the cover was off my minor on the driver side and my bumper was a lil off I said to him why is all this wrong with the car he said no problem he will get the guy to detail clean the car to buff the scratch out also he will fix the bumper and over the mirror cover! I have call this dealership numerous of times and got the runaround! Also I went April the 11th I was told than the things would be fix on the car when I got there the Mirror cover was the wrong size also he made up some excuse and said that the guy that details, the cars are not there! So I try to follow up since than he tells me it's over the 90 days it's nothing they can do about it! I told him they will here from my lawyer he got mad and hong up on me mean while my car is still dam damaged!

            All vehicles must be driven and inspected by the customer before purchase.. We have it on camera that the customer checked the vehicle and was satisfied with vehicle at the time of sale. The $1600 was the down payment required for the vehicle and not a fee.. If the vehicle got scratched outside of the lot unfortunately we are not responsible for that. We do however help with repairs when then they are added in writing on a WE OWE slip at the time of purchase. I checked and there was nothing owed at the time of purchase.. We are still willing to resolve the mirror cover even though its not on WE OWE form. Please reach out to our service manager **** **************. If there is anything we can do to assist in resolving this matter please let **** know. Thank you
