In 2020 $620 was paid to replace a broken window pane and replace window balancers. The pane was on back order. I kept following up months after the payment was made and their response was our tech has Covid so that sets them back weeks, then finally the pane was in but it was the incorrect size, then finally after I keep calling they stop returning my emails and calls. Now I call them at the end of 2022/2023 and explain that I am selling my property and these windows need to be fixed, I explain the situation, and ask that what I paid for be honored and fixed. They agree and supposedly order the parts. Weeks have gone by and they claim that the pane is in but the sashes are on back order and they will only come out when all are in. I have a feeling they will continue to make excuses and I will have to pay a different company to do the work. I either want the work done or my money back.
