My real estate agent recommended Foundation Experts to me as I am in the process of buying my first home and I was nervous about some foundation and termite damage following my general inspection. Foundation Experts were an invaluable resource to me to shed some light on these unknowns. I contacted **** and not only did he take a look at the inspection report as a courtesy, but the very next day, he and ******* were able to come out first thing in the morning to perform a detailed inspection. They showed up early and were already in the crawlspace by the time I arrived! I received a 50 page report early the next morning, and **** was available for phone calls throughout the process. Not only was Foundation Experts communication first class, but the quality of their inspection and the report was unmatched. **** broke down my report into short and long term repairs with estimates so I can budget for repairs in the future. He understood the tight turnaround time I had to perform this inspection, was responsive and thorough, and simply, he was kind. I dont know what I would have done without his and ******** expertise. I am so impressed and cannot wait to work with Foundation Experts again in the future!

Foundation Experts did work on our foundation in ********************* contact with us and check on the drain twice a year. Without reservation, I recommend Foundation Experts to anyone in need of work on their homes foundation. From beginning to end, we were fully informed and given options. Since 2020 we have had other home projects done and absolutely every contractor and inspector comments on the work done by Foundation Experts - that they did excellent work and went above and beyond what is required. I cant recommend a more qualified, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company.

We found cracks and leaks in our home's foundation walls. This is something you dont want to wait to have fixed. Finding a reliable company was not easy. We contacted 10 companies and received 5 estimates. We were so fortunate to find Foundation Experts! It was our pleasure to have **** and his team workon our home. The team was professional and polite. The work was ABOVE and BEYOND.We were very happy with the workmanship and extra work **** put in wherever he saw needed. He took our concerns seriously and addressed them accordingly. The township's final inspection passed without any problem. **** is genuine, sincere, and possess business integrity. Foundation Experts is a wonderful company! I would highly recommend them!! Nick and his team are a pleasure to work with, they are extremely professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable in every way. They handle your job as if they were working on their home, which meant the world to me. When I reached out to Nick he Always responded, which spoke volume to his character and how caring a person he is and what a great company they are. Foundation Experts is a top notch company! I will recommend them to EVERYONE! ;-) I happened to stumble upon Foundation Experts website via performing a google search. All I can say is that Nick and his team are nothing short of professionals with years of knowledge and expertise. Nick was not only fast to respond, but he came out the same day. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Nick on multiple occasions as I'm a REALTOR. I cannot emphasize enough how quick he is to respond whether it's via telephone or text. Just last week, I called Nick to speak with him about raising a load bearing beam and he advised that the head engineer on his team was out of town on vacation. However, Nick provided me with another one of his contracts, Vincent Milano. When I called Vincent, he was just as quick to respond. We spoke on the phone a few times and we also corresponded via text. Vincent also made it a point to come out and look at the project in person. I was not only impressed that he was so responsive, but also that he came out so quickly. That day Vincent provided the contractor with his suggestions on what he needed to do to ensure that the load bearing beam would not shift laterally. They discussed a few things and Vincent left. The following morning, Vincent sent me a text to say that he thought about the project over night and had a couple more suggestions regarding additional hardware that the contractor should use. Vincent could have easily thought about the project and said to himself "ahhh it's okay, it will be fine the way he has it". And never sent that text. The fact that he did, showed his professionalism and his level of expertise because he did not have to send the text. He could have just said, "it's fine" and left it at that. That spoke volume to me about his character. I am so appreciative that I have contacts who are knowledgeable, professional, and responsive and that I can call any one of them and know that they will respond

Nick and his crew are top notch. Once I made the call, Nick came to assess my foundation first thing in the morning. He completely understood why and how to make the repair in the foundation wall. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process. His crew is experienced and conscientious. They paid attention to detail and made sure they left the job in a very neat manner. I got another estimate from another company before I decided to have Nick complete the job. They came to my house with an over the top sales pitch even before they assessed my problem. Nick is honest and I feel very trustworthy. I highly recommend their services.

I was selling my house, and the deal fell through because of a foundation crack. I wanted to get my house back on the market as soon as possible, and Foundation Experts LLC surpassed all of my expectations. The work was done promptly, and to a high level of quality, and the price was very fair. Nick came to provide a quote within one or two business days of my call, and then started (and completed) the repairs that same week. I think the repairs started 1 or 2 days after I signed the paperwork, and were finished in about 4 business days. Not only did they repair everything in a timely manner, and repainted over where the repairs were done, they even used the extra paint to completely repaint all of the walls and floor of the unfinished half of my basement, and a crawlspace they were repairing. I was so blown away by this completely unnecessary but VERY welcome addition by Nick and team. Before his team started painting, he told me "it'll look like a completely new basement", and he was right. Nick was proactive in his communication all throughout the process, and even assured me that he would be happy to speak with, and meet in person with, my next buyer when I relisted the home. I can't say enough good things about Foundation Experts, LLC. After dealing with some lousy contractors in the process of getting my house ready to sell, these guys were a VERY welcome breath of fresh air.

I am a general Contractor and I was in a pinch and needed a report completed ASAP. Not only were they quick, but they were thorough and professional.
