7/29/22 went for routine cat grooming. Cost is $150 according to website and previous visits. The cost populated on the machine at that price, and merchant changed it to $225. I checked website and it still was listed at $150. Called merchant and she said per the contract if you don’t get cat groomed every 6-8 weeks you incur a “new member charge” of $75. Asked her to send me the contract and that line item does not say you will be charged a fee nor does it state and new member price. My previous visits were all more than 6 months apart and i never got charged that fee. Merchant claims that this is a new policy enacted in last 3 months. Nothing in the contract or on the website stating that. Merchant would not refund me the $75 regardless of me asking multiple times since that is not stated in contract. Also merchant refused to put the manager/owner on the phone.
