I had a balance test done at ENT and Allergy Specialists of Phoenixville on 12/29/21. I was brought in for a follow up appointment to receive the results the following day. Except the doctor, Dr. S****** did not actually go over the results other than to say there was nothing inner ear related. He said I would have to see a neurologist to go over the rest of the results. He did not provide a copy of the results to me at this time and would not answer any of my questions on what they showed. I set up an appointment with a neurologist and requested a copy of the testing results be sent to both myself and the neurologist. I placed this request two ways - through their online messaging service and in a voicemail to the office phone number. Neither myself nor my neurologist received the results. I received an incorrect bill from Dr. S******’s office in April at which point I followed up yet again requesting to see my results and once again for them to be sent to my neurologist. Now in June, I’ve received another bill for the testing done 6 months ago, which I still have yet to see the results of.
