I called appliance repair, or pittsburgh appliance repair, or superb appliance repair, since they go by multiple names, to fix my refrigerator on January 7th. They came out snd told me I need a new thermometer and relay board. I call them all week to get him to come back out and he comes and supposedly fixes it, but nothing changed. So I call them again and he comes back out on January 16th. Proceeds to tell me I also need a new fan, well someone on the phone tells me, because the technician himself can not speak English other than basic words, so he put someone on speaker to explain to me. Never received a receipt or anything at this point either, and already paid the full price of 377.00 dollars. I call again and he comes out that Wednesday, January 18th, for the fourth time, to install the fan. He leaves and once again nothing changes. At this point I am convinced this company is a scam. They call from multiple numbers across the country, none of the them speak English well, and if you call them for something, they always have to call you back. They always have to speak to "manager", even to email me my own receipt. So I called GE appliance repair and they come out Thursday the 19th. The technician explains that the fan the previous technician, the one from the day before from the scam company, did actually install the fan. He left it hanging, unattached. So he replaced it and installed it correctly. The company's website, after now inspecting it, is fake. There is no address attached to this company, the reviwes are fake, and there is nowhere for someone to dvdn leave a review, which I was going to do. They change the phone number on their website also. It goes in-between a few numbers such as ********** and also **********
