I Took My Car To Sunny Side Autos March OF 2022 I Had My Engine Replaced And Returned Back To Me The Last Mid/Late April Of 2022 Of Last Year. My Check Engine Light Came One The Next Day I Took It Back To The Shop For Them To Refuse To Look At It And Told Me They Where Closing Down For Good As Of March 2022 And That My Car Was One Of The Last Jobs They Where Doing Before The Closed. Which They Didn't Inform Of Any Shape Or Form Before I Paid Them In Full. I Also Asked Can I Have The Number For My Warranty So I Can Handle The Matter At A Different Mechanic Shop. They Refused To Give Me The Number On Top Of Telling Me, That Only They Can Call The Warranty People. Months Had Went Passed And The Shop Was Still Open They Were Still Providing Service For Clients. So As Of October 2022 I Stopped Passed Seen The Secretary Of Sunny Side Autos At The Same Building They Did Repairs On And Asked Her For Her Phone Number So I Can Get My Car Looked At. Not Only Did She Tell Me She Didnt Work There She Claimed To Work For The Business Right Next Door (Rides4Health LLC) Which Happens To Be The Same Owner As Sunny Side Autos Which IS Still Open Til This Day. Not Only Did They Wait Till My Warranty Expired Before Finally Giving Me The Number For The Warranty They Have Been Ignoring Me For Months. In May Of 2023 I Drove Past That Same Shop To See It Was Still In Business Servicing Cars. When I Walked Over And Asked Why Haven't My Problem Been Resolved The Mechanic That Work On My Car Told Me That He Was Only There To Service His Bosses Cars. I Had A conversation With His Boss Who Happens To Be The Owner Of Sunny Side Autos And Rides4Health Alex. Who Told Me That I Am Dealing With Him Now And He Will Be In Contact With In 48 Hours Not Only Did He Not Reach Back Out But When I Wait The 48 Hours Den Politely Messaged Him On The Number He Gave Me. He Basically Told Me That If It Is An Engine Problem Den The Cost Of A New Engine Was Totally On Me And That They Will Only Handle The Labor.
