I have been a customer of ********************** Car Wash for almost three years. Starting last year, I began adding a second vehicle for an extra charge to my monthly wash pass and never had an issue. Earlier this year, I had an issue with my pass where a third charge was added when we only had two cars on the pass. I reached out to customer service and I was reimbursed for the extra charge. Last week, the same thing happened where my wash pass app was trying to charge me for a third car when I only have two. I texted the number listed for customer service and did not receive a response. I called the number and realized that my number had been blocked. I then used my work phone number and got right through to *****, who answered the customer service number. When I introduced myself, ***** said "I know who you are". I asked for the third car charge to be removed and he declined. I asked him to verify the original license plate that was charged to show that the third charge is not my vehicle and he said "it wasn't worth my time". He again said he would not reimburse me and told me that I was playing games and continued to swear at me. After the phone call I paid the third charge and cancelled my account which would end on May 27th. I opened my app the next day (May 8th) and saw that my remaining washes were erased to leaving only 1 when I should have had 17 left after the three that I had used this month. This customer service is less than acceptable. You will see in the attached photo that one of the license plates listed is not in my household nor do I know whose it is (KGX8443).Initial Complaint

I can’t get them to refund my money. I’ve contacted them multiple times. I usually lock my card, to keep from getting random charges. I was told the refund was declined. I unlocked my card and asked them to try again with no response.Customer response
