On March 27,2022 I got a call that Kydz Nation had open enrollment and that my daughter could start May 31,2022 . They told me a that I had to do was hurry in my 6pm on March 27,2022 and bring $100 fee for registration and fill out the paperwork. I made it a little after 4. I filled the paperwork out and gave Taylor the fee. We talked about enrollment and I said not Tuesday but Wednesday so I can get my ccis transferred. I removed my daughter from her current daycare. I talked to Taylor again on Saturday May 28,2022 and asked if my daughter can still start on Tuesday she said herself or the director have to hear from my ccis first and then she can start as soon as they get the ok from my ccis. I called a few times on Tuesday and Wednesday and not a returned call fr Taylor or anyone from Kydz Nation.My caseworker said she talked to someone on June 1st and confirmed my enrollment for June2,2022. I took my daughter to Kydz Nation and I was turned away fr Bethany who said I didn't have a start date and she didn't talk to my caseworker. My caseworker called today June2,2022 and they told her I'm not enrolled. I called Bethany to ask for my money back she said it's nonrefundable. I told her I'm on free waiting list so I would have not paid if I was going on a waiting list and not starting immediately. I need that money to pay the daycare to get back in she was in. This has been an inconvenience and I had to call off of work Tuesday, Wednesday, and now today Thursday June2,2022. None told me it was nonrefundable. The receipt does not say that.Customer response
