This business is terrible to deal with. We subscribed to a monthly use of presentation software for our church. After a few years we decided to upgrade our approach and we stopped using this software. After a very hard time finding out how to cancel our monthly subscription, I canceled it in Sept 2021. I received no confirmation that I had indeed canceled our subscription. This business continued to charge our card for a couple more months. We called and emailed only to find out the people we had been dealing with no longer worked there and they kept charging our card. We put a hold at the bank and they still charged the card. We finally canceled our card only to receive notices of overdue ********. We continue going back and forth with them giving them all the necessary account information but still they have not canceled the account. We are a small country church so the account has my name associated with it. I have received threatening emails that say they are putting my account in for collections. Each time I receive an email, it comes across as if the person has no idea that I am trying to cancel my account, even though it has been 6 months of going through this. The software that we used did exactly what it was supposed to do, but the business side is terrible. If I didnt know better, the runaround I am dealing with sure makes it seem like a scam. I am very disappointed.
