              Original date of work - November 7 2019. Verbal 5 year warranty from owner Scott F*********. Paid check in the amount of $1,250.00 initial deposit and remaining $1,425.00 ***** ***** Total paid $2,675.00. He replaced the entire side of my home with vinyl siding. Since that time it has come down in different areas 5 times. He did come out twice to reattach but ever since he has not returned calls or texts. Every time there is a the slightest amount of wind my siding blows off. I want either a refund of my money or for him to come back and reattach my siding. The last time I had to have another company come and reattach 2 pieces that I had to pay for. That is not fair. This guy is nothing but a swindler.

              ***** and his team came out to replace a really old beam in my basement, and some steps for my porch. ***** is very thorough, and details every step of the process, he is excellent at communicating and getting back to your concerns in a timely manner. He is also very nice and wants the best job done, and genuinely wants to help you out. I was concerned about my project as I have no experience in these things, but Fitzgerald Home Improvements guided me in the right direction. Highly recommend and will personally be doing business with them for future home projects. At the very least its worth having the team come out and give a quote for your projects, just to get their opinion.
