            Spent a lot of money on a roof in 2021. Can honestly say that we have had nothing but problems with it and fair enough to say have not had one solid year since then without an issue. Notified Legacy numerous occasions in which they came out and did their usual "fix job" with a tube of caulk. If you are looking to have continued issues and wasted money on hiring a contractor to complete any work, then by all means, "LEGACY" is your company. We have since then hired a competent contractor to fix Legacy's caulk jobs. Be thankful with one star, as you don't even deserve that.

            ****************, I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the roof we installed for you. We completed this project in June of 2020. We were out in March of 2021 to perform service for you as a result of ice damage to your roof. I sent pictures to *************** at the time showing that this had been properly installed. We offer a two year workmanship warranty and took care of this as a warranted item. We were then back in the fall of that same year to add some caulking near the skylight as a warranted item. Almost a full year after your warranty expired we again provided you with free service in April of last year (2023) as a courtesy and to provide good service. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot continue to provide free service beyond the warranty we provided. Your roof was properly installed and we have held up our end of the bargain in terms of our warranty - plus some. I am not sure what else we could do. Again, I am sorry that you are not happy with us, we genuinly do appreciate your business. Thank you - *************************, Owner, Legacy Remodeling, Inc.
