Z's Corporation gave me an estimate in Oct. 2021 for concrete sealing of 3 areas. The work was completed on 2 of the areas in the spring of 2022. I paid the invoice in the amount of $428.00 on May 26, 2022. The 3rd area, the driveway apron needed to be repaired, so sealing had to wait. In early June 2022 I called Z's Corp. and told them that the driveway apron was repaired and the sealing could be done. I also called and texted with the company's estimator Julia, multiple times over the summer to try to get the work that I already paid for completed. I was told that they would try to work me in. In Oct. 2022 I called and asked to speak with the owner, Zach C*** but he has never called me back. In early Nov. 2022, Julia came to see me and asked if the work could be done that week, but it could not because I had other contractors in the driveway those days. Since the beginning of 2023 I have repeated ly called and messaged the office and the estimator and they are now not returning my calls or messages. I paid for this work that I have been waiting to have done since October 2021.Business response

To whom it may concern,
The office and Julia spoke to **** ******* several of times about the issue with her driveway. The compl***t with **** ******* was a miscommunication.
We thought it was seal coating not concrete sealing. The compl***t was handled immediately when we found out what the issue was.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to compl***t ID ********, and find that they have finally met the obligation of the contract that was signed. The miscommunication that they reference was due to the company's failure to follow-up on work scheduled but never completed and a false report given to them by their crew as AND failing to call me after repeated attempts to reach out to them over several months. I do not like that fact that they are making it sound like it was a MUTUAL misunderstanding. It cert***ly was not.
