I was trying to see what info rental companies have on me (besides credit report), and specialscores.com came up in a ****** search promising to check databases for information on apartment **************. I paid $30 dollars, and despite receiving a confirmation email, the promised report never arrived. I later noticed that the contact/phone info on the site isnt even real. I expect a full refund as resolution. It will need to be to a different checking account, as I have switched banks. This is fraud/scam unless resolved.Initial Complaint

I was guided to this website through ****** search in order to obtain a tenant screening consumer report. The website processed a payment for the report but now I cannot log into my account and have not received the report. I have tried several times to reset my account password, I have tried to contact the business by email and phone, but both forms of contact listed on the website a fraudulent/ fake.Initial Complaint

I applied to rent an apartment in Parkchester, Bronx and was turned down for rental by a company they use to do background checks called Corelogic SafeRent Inc. and when I requested a copy of the report via their website they referred me to SpecialScores.com.On January 23, 2023 at SpecialScores.com, I gave them all my financial information that they requested and paid a $15.00 for a special report. As of yet I have not received any response although I tried their phone number and email which they don’t work. I’m concerned that since they have all my personal and financial information this company might be fraudulent. They send me lots of emails but they can’t be contacted.Business response
