Services not finished by South Hill Dental Arts after failure of dental work. Was told, verbally, by Office Manager, to have work taken care at another dentist since I was out of state and it would be taken care of. Warranties not fulfilled for crowns placed. Overcharging of temporary dental fixtures. Refund should be done for failed work that only was in place for less than 7 months.Business response

Unfortunately in dentistry some dental services fail. It is in the original consents that were provided, we always try to ensure our patients are aware of all possible outcomes. While we understand that the patient found a less expensive solution for temporaries it was a different solution than we provided which is why it was less. We did credit the patients account for some of the work that ended up failing because the patient never paid for it, it took his account to zero. Patient was then offered a partial refund for other treatment that failed. While we would love to continue to see this patient he has moved out of state.
If the patient has any other questions or would like to speak to the office we encourage him to reach out.

Please update this complaint that the business and myself have reached a SATISFACTORY agreement and it has been resolved in a manner that is agreed by BOTH parties.
I have cc'd the COO of South Hills Dental Arts in this correspondence who is authorized to follow up on any further updates to this complaint, but for my part, I am satisfied as a customer and if this complaint could be updated to reflect this.Thank you very much,
