In August of 2023 I signed my son *****************************, up for driving ******s with Rogers driving school. They had a 6 hour driving ****** for $597 to get an insurance discount. I have dates for the ******s and drivers tests. My son failed 3 tests. I got the certificate in the mail for his insurance discount after paying for the 6 hour ******s. Weeks later I get a call saying the certificate is void because he didn't have enough hours. I spoke to the girl on the phone and I texted her the dates of the ******s. I don't hear anything back for months. I schedule my son for a drivers test on 8-21-24. I get a phone call from a screaming oriental lady saying my son only had 2 ******s and 2 tests on file! I don't know why she called me other than to scream through the phone. She said my son probably stole the money and didn't take the ****** because that's something she would have done as a kud!! Who talks like that to a customer??????? She called my son a thief and a liar!! We Paid cash for everything. We did not get a receipt for each ****** or test. Because we paid the $597. 2 of the tests were only $80 each because we had a ****** prior to 2 of the tests.She wanted us to pay $200 today for the test because she cannot find all the dates because they been erased and written over in pencil. She claims the girl that worked in the office was fired for improper handling of paperwork. Somebody took my money and deleted the paperwork in the office and I should not be held liable for her lack of supervised staff. I am stunned that she called my son a thief and liar because she has inadequate employees. She has gps tracking in the vehicles but refuses to look my dates up because it takes too long!! She has had since Oct 30 of 2023 to look up the gps tracker coming to my house to pick my son up for his ******s. I was not treated fairly and my son deserves an apology!
