I retained services of attorney Michael N**** with National Legal Solutions Center 1631 Nolo Way Pittsburgh, PA on 6/15/2023 to prepare a revocable trust. I paid 750.00 via check on 6/15 that cleared my bank on 6/20. I understand it was agreed to be non refundable. However, i have since had cause to see red-flags making me think this business might be a scam at worst or just incompetent at best. Michael N**** had me schedule an appointment with Phil B*****, the purpose of which should have been related to preparing my trust. I was asked by Phil to gather my financial documents for our meeting which i did. However, at our meeting at my home i immediately presented my documents and Phil did not want to see or talk about them. He said he wanted to get to know me. He never stated the purpose of our meeting, never said how long it would last and proceeded to chit chat about anything but our business at hand for an hour. I again presented my financial documents. He looked at them, never recording anything, still chit chatting about non business, and another hour later left without taking documents with him or saying what the purpose of my 2 hours with him was about in reference to my trust documents. I received summary of documents from Michael N**** 6/23, basically just a couple pages of standard, non-customized verbiage with my trustee names to confirm. I had filled out a form in person with him previously with 3 names. All 3 names were misspelled on documents he sent. He could easily have confirmed legibility and spelling during our one on one meeting and he did. Based on the meeting with Phil B***** that was useless and misspelling and carelessness of vital information i have no faith in this business going forward and wonder if it is legitimate and may be a scam. I want my 750.00 refunded.
