I would never recommend Valotta's for anyone's wedding! Lisa and her husband are very unorganized and have terrible customer service skills. When complaining about everything i was upset about, Lisa just makes excuses and doesn't take responsibility for anything. A week before my wedding, we find out they lost measurements for several guys and they have to be remeasured. They said several people didn't pay for their tuxedos, when they all had receipts that they did. Even made one groomsman pay twice because he didn't have his pink slip on him at the time. They keep no records. You lose your receipt, you are shit out of luck! Picking up the tuxs, everyone had issues. Shirts/jackets/pants/ vests were the wrong sizes and had to be switched out. What's the point of measurements then?! One groomsman was even measured 3 times due to incompetence of the owners. They can't keep their shit together. Day of the wedding, one groomsman had a hole in his pants, cuff links were missing and some were broken. Absolutely disappointed in this business and will never give them my business again!Initial Complaint

Left a deposit for a tuxedo prior to the wedding by two months I called Lisa the owner of the business to let her know that was not going to be in the wedding and to see if I owed any additional money or if I would get a refund of a portion of my deposit. She said I would get the entire $100 back and so I didn't have to drive she would take my credit card number and refund it to that. Over a month had passed and I did not receive the credit which I thought with wedding and prom season she was busy and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I called back and she never issued the credit and was going to cut a check and send it to me within a week as she was busy that weekend. I understand people get busy and again waited over a month and no check. I tried to call back and she said she would call me back and let me know after two more weeks of waiting I still heard nothing. I called and left a message that I just wanted her to be honest. If business is that bad or she needed the money more than I did if she could just be honest would be great. I understand small business is suffering and if $100 means that much to her than great but at least she can do is be honest or say she cant remember what she needs to do for whatever reason but to that I got no response. I just want this resolved on the matter of principal as I feel this business may have done this before and I don't appreciate liars or cheats to do business with and if they are a scam business when they can be I want them recognized as such.
