      I placed an order for three 14" bundles with a free closure on 10/19/22 and used after pay to pay in four installments. The hair was supposed to be delivered 10/31/22 - 11/3/22 I never received the product. Payments were taken from my bank account on 10/19/22 & 11/4/22.I emailed her about the missing product then went to the shop to pick my product. She wasn't in the shop she stated she was out getting her lashes done and didn't have time to deal with me lied and said she mailed the order but didn't have any shipping info and hung up the phone. To date i still have not received my full refund probably because she used MY money to get her lashes done. I want the second payment i made refunded to me

      ***** ******** has received a full refund in the amount of $240.75 she ordered from my store 1 order in which i will attach the documents to prove. She was rude and very demanding to my assistant who was terrified and yes i was in the middle of getting my eyelashes done and when my assistant called me and told me how this customer was acting i immediately refunded her full amount. I take my business very serious and i do not tolerate or allow any one to make my employees feel in danger especially when i am not around to help. There was never 2 orders placed or 2 transactions made. Ms ******** is trying to scam. This is the season in which every one is coming up with ways to get a few extra dollars and hairnympho tries very hard to not be apart of that. So i will provide all documents on my Shopify website account  of Ms ******** transactions to show she is looking for ways to get a extra $240.75

       

      on 10/19 ***** ******** purchased three bundles of 14" straight bundles from our website using shop pay installments during our breast cancer awareness sale. when paying online you must email over a picture of your id and a picture of  the card used last 4 digits. before any order is shipped or you can come to the salon to pick up and show your id and card used on file to protect from fraud or using the bank card of others. Ms ******** order was never shipped out due to this and she came in the salon on 11/9 and i was not there to assist her but the problem she was given was not necessary and that is why she was refunded as any customer who does not follow the hairnympho guidelines.

       

      it is hard dealing with online customers because once they purchase receive the product they are able to dispute with their banks so that is why some guidelines are in place to ensure i am fully protected. i

      Hello I wasn’t able to attach my files on my response so I am sending to you in hopes they they reach the correct place .

      Also can we please ask Ms ***** ******** to provide where she has made 2 purchases or 2 payments were taken from her bank account ? 


      Please review the images I added and if there is any additional information I can provide please let me know. I have no reason to keep a customers money without them receiving the product.
